How did "Leading From the Bottom Up" evolve?
After 34+ years of experience with the Colorado DOC, I came to realize that any real and lasting cultural changes could only be effected by the people who live within these communities. Real cultural change will come when lives are dramatically changed, and those people start to influence others around them.
